Refund policy


Our customer service team will answer your return request at highlinetobacco@gmail.com. and our team will provide further instructions.

All returns must happen within 7 days from the delivery date, and each items must return in its original condition and original packaging.

We do not offer refunds. Once your return request is evaluated and approved, you will receive a store credit.
Jewelry on final sale are NOT RETURNABLE.

The client is responsible for all shipping costs.
